At Church Girl Brand, every item is created with intention, prayer, and purpose—made just for you. Because our products are printed on demand through our fulfillment partner, we have specific guidelines around returns and refunds.
We appreciate your understanding as we steward this brand with integrity and care.
Print-on-Demand Policy
All Church Girl items are made to order once your purchase is placed. For this reason, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or preference changes.
However, if something isn’t right due to an error on our end, we will gladly make it right.
Eligible Returns & Refunds
We accept returns or replacements only if the item you received is:

Defective

Damaged during shipping

Printed incorrectly

Different from what you ordered
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Because items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for:

Incorrect size selection

Change of mind

Normal wear and tear

Once submitted, we will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
Approved Returns & Replacements
If your claim is approved:

A replacement will be sent at no additional cost OR

A refund will be issued to your original payment method
Return shipping is covered only when the issue is confirmed to be a fulfillment error or defect.
Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days after approval.
Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
